Geschiedenis van Bamar

Bamar Lifestyle is een familiebedrijf met een rijke geschiedenis. In 1979 begonnen in Assen, inmiddels gevestigd in Duiven, en uitgegroeid tot dé specialist in tafelkleden, servetten en maatwerk textiel voor elke tafel. Al meer dan 45 jaar combineren wij vakmanschap, kwaliteit en persoonlijke service — waarden die nog altijd centraal staan in alles wat we doen.

Onze collectie bestaat uit hoogwaardige Europese stoffen, waaronder luxe damast, linnenstructuur, boerenbont en moderne geweven dessins. Dankzij onze ruime voorraad en eigen atelier in Nederland kunnen wij niet alleen snel leveren, maar ook maatwerk realiseren in vrijwel elke vorm of afmeting. Van klassieke tafelkleden voor thuis tot kwalitatieve horeca-oplossingen: wij maken het met zorg, eerlijkheid en aandacht.

Bij Bamar Lifestyle geloven we dat een mooi gedekte tafel mensen samenbrengt. Daarom streven we naar producten die jarenlang meegaan, met oog voor detail en zonder concessies aan kwaliteit. As you could have read on the homepage, we have been a family business for quite some time, since 1979. In that time, like every company, we have had peaks and troughs. One of them was Covid, which meant we had to be creative in generating turnover.

In recent years, we have noticed that people often wanted to order the items directly from us, which is why this website was created.

We are constantly working on new initiatives and products. So keep an eye on the website and see new products appear.

Basic product

Fabrics

Each product is made with a view to a long lifespan that you as a customer will enjoy. In addition to our product line of 100% cotton, we also offer a combination of cotton and polyester. With intensive use, a small percentage of polyester may be desirable to, for example, remove stains more easily or to better retain the shape. For example, think of a round tablecloth. The fabrics we use are woven and therefore a print or pattern will not fade.

We get the fabrics from Spain and Portugal so that we also have control over the production of the fabrics. Because the fabrics are made in Europe, we can be sure that good working conditions, wages and correct processing of any residual product are met.

Why are we doing this?

We love all kinds of fabrics and enjoy making people happy with our self-made products. Whether it is tablecloths, scarves or other types of clothing, it does not matter to us. For example, you can also see that we temporarily have stools in the collection.

This is why we are also on Etsy and we receive many custom requests from all over the world. Thanks to these people, we get ideas for new products. Through them, we continue to expand our collections. This is how we help each other.
