We can deliver the ordered products but you can also pick them up. You can indicate your preference at checkout. Pick up is possible on weekdays from 9:00 - 16:00. If another time suits you better. Please contact us so we can see what is possible.

All our orders are shipped with a track & trace code. You will receive this in the mail as soon as the package leaves the door.

We want to accommodate you as much as possible in the shipping costs. However, it can sometimes be quite difficult, especially if the package is going to another country.

Would you like to pick up the package? No problem. You can indicate this when ordering.
Pick-up is possible from Monday to Friday between 9:00 and 16:00.
If another time suits you better, let us know and who knows, we might be able to arrange something.
